## Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Director of EOF Student Grants for The Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs. This position reports to the Senior Director of EOF (Educational Opportunity Fund) Administration who reports directly to the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs. This position oversees EOF Article III undergraduate and graduate funding University-wide and oversees the coordination and accuracy of EOF payment rosters, compliance and reporting for EOF undergraduate and graduate student grants on all four campuses. This position is under the direction of the Senior Director of EOF Administration, the Director of EOF Student Grants serves as the point of contact with the Trenton EOF Central office, the State of New Jersey's Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA), the Rutgers Office of Financial Aid, University Admissions, the University Registrar and University Accounting on matters concerning the financial aid and enrollment management of EOF students.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
* Oversees for the University's approximately 3,000 EOF undergraduate and graduate student grants.
* Responsible for financial aid data collection for dissemination to the EOF program directors and prepares budgeting, reporting and certification for the EOF graduate student funding.
* Provides support and direction on financial aid regulations and policies to students receiving EOF graduate grants.
* Provides direction, training and oversight to EOF Directors and their staff on current eligibility requirements for all forms of financial aid, i.e. EOF, TAG, PELL.
* Conducts audits of EOF student financial aid records, standards of academic progress, debt encumbrance and loan tracking.
* Assists EOF students with major grant and financial aid appeals. Confirms that EOF programs are in compliance with University policies concerning the distribution of EOF summer funding and stipends.
* Assists EOF Directors with requests for additional Article III student grant funds as needed.

# Qualifications
## Minimum Education and Experience
* Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
* Also requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the area of financial aid, excellent communications skills and computer literacy.
## Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Must have experience working with NJFAMS.
* A working relationship with the financial aid offices on all four campuses
* Familiarity with the Educational Opportunity Fund regulations
* Ability to handle multiple projects and interact with a diverse population.
* Familiarity with the FAFSA form
