The PMO will partner closely with the global head of Insights & Analytics and the G&IA team members and with all of the key Sanofi teams that are interacting with the group on a daily basis to run and monitor transversal priorities and deliver high impact projects, it included but not reduced to BO&S teams, Finance, S&BD teams, ITS teams ...


The GI&A function requires a PMO to be able to effectively engage in driving the Insight & Analytics journey for Sanofi across key GBU and Global Functions with a specific focus on accelerating the ability to drive high quality decision making.


**Responsibilities:**


**Coordinate Global head of Insights & Analytics governance to support decision making and information sharing within the organization** **_(30%)_**


+ Support the execution of the GI&A reboot plan as aligned with the Excom

+ Work with finance and ITS and the GI&A LT to set up and run a strong project management system to be able to track at any time all of the activities that the GI&A teams are running with their internal customers (initial brief, project owner, budget, milestones, results..) and also to establish a clear demand management of the requests to ensure sufficient resources are available in the team to guarantee a quality & timely delivery

+ Set up and maintain GI&A Governance to align leadership teams on key priorities throughout the year : leadership team meetings, offsite meetings, strategic committees and decision bodies, participants, frequency etc...


**Lead GI&A team projects as required to support the execution of the GIA reboot plan strategic roadmap** **_(30%)_**


+ Lead or coordinate projects that are important/strategic for the global head of Insights & Analytics and do not fit into a specific sub team or that are spanning across several of the 4 pillars of the team

+ Leverage and engage resources across the organization to ensure priorities are delivered

+ Interface with the broader organization on transversal projects that requires GBU/GFs input


**Build Bridges within the GBU/GF and vis--vis the rest of the organization** **_(20%)_**


+ Connect with head of GI&A and his LT and establish a trustful relationship

+ Inform head of GI&A on relevant information and keep him connected with the rest of the organization

+ Manage the office of the Global Insights and Analytics

+ Act as first point of contact for the team, internally and externally, screening inquiries

+ Coordinate budget development

+ Prepare presentations

+ Lead priority projects. These will vary in focus (from organizational to strategic), duration (weeks to months), and size (acting as sole team member to coordinating a large cross-functional group)

+ Facilitate access to the GI&A member if and when relevant: identify topics requiring his attention, and ensure right level of briefing

+ Facilitate leadership team dynamics : foster collaboration, create time for discussion and exchanges

+ Act as a sounding board for the head of GI&A and his LT

+ Collaborate with BOS council, GTO office and other GBUs/GFs PMOs or Chief of Staffs to share information, identify synergies, and leverage best practices

+ Act as a point of entry for Transversal and/or company-wide projects by identifying right contact or acting as a single point of contact for a given GBU/Global Function


**Communication and External engagement** **_(20%)_**


+ Work with head of GI&A to manage all of the internal communication for the group including Digicast, Best practice sharing

+ Identify projects driven by the team that worth being worked as "white papers" / company level insights to be formalized and shared with a broader audience

+ Support the 4 LT members with the animation of their related communities: insights, BI, AA and MEX

+ Pre-screen and validate external requests for meeting the head of GI&A from vendors, conferences

+ Work with the key partners (ITS, Procurement) to engage with the external partners on performance monitor, innovation, high level engagement


**Key Qualifications and Competencies**


+ 5 years Program Management Experience

+ Demonstrated understanding of Sanofi organization, business and environment.

+ Ability to work cross-functionally, strong team player

+ Ability to manage confidential information and understand relevance and sensitivity

+ Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic capabilities

+ Strong project management skills

+ Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in autonomy with limited guidelines.

+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to cultivate effective relationships, and to influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.

+ Diversified previous experiences : global/local, geographies, function _Optional_ : Relevant experience in the business of the Insights & Analytics
