RCI, part of Wyndham Destination Network, is seeking a **Statistician** in Marketing Analytics. The position is on the Consumer Analytics team within the Revenue Management department. The individual will be responsible for predictive modeling, testing, and statistical ad-hoc analyses to support marketing campaigns and strategic informed decisions.


+ Maintain existing models/segmentations - Predictive models and segmentation are produced on a regular schedule for marketing campaign generation, which drives direct marketing campaign performance and marketing ROI. This role oversees the entire model production and has to maintain the successful executions.

+ Develop new models - This role develops new models for replacement of old models or new requests for new campaigns. Replacing old models with new models due to decay of model performance or database changes or new data availability is important to maintain/increase marketing ROI.

+ Provide consulting related to any marketing campaign tests and deliver results analyses - Many campaigns are tested to measure performance, make decisions on creative versions, optimal contact channels, messages, and contact per se efficiency. This role provides test design consulting, control size requirement suggestion, and result analyses.

+ Deliver ad-hoc analyses - Any deep dive ad-hoc analyses requiring statistical expertise are handled by this role upon request. This role needs to find analytic solutions to the given problems so recommendations can be implemented by internal clients/strategic partners.


+ 3+ years of experience with predictive modeling, segmentation, and testing

+ Background in Statistics or related fields

+ M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics or related fields preferred

+ Strong SAS and SQL skills

+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

+ Good communication skills for day to day operations with clients and business partners

+ Keen to details and well organized for production and analyses
